A Practical User Review on the CrazyOnDigital Leather Kindle Case

"I'm normally one to reserve judgment on products like cases until I can truly test their durability and long-term performance. But after using the CrazyOnDigital Kindle 3 case for a few weeks, I can confidently give it full recommendation. It's often said that good design is most apparent when you don't notice it, i.e. when it doesn't interfere with functionality, and that's exactly what happens with this product. The stitching is good, the straps work well and are placed perfectly, the clasp is sturdy and closes easily, and the textured leather feels good in the hand. I believe the earlier reviewer (his/her reivew is cited above as the 'most helpful' review, currently) had a problem with the placement of the bottom straps because of the use of an older model Kindle with this case--I have a Kindle 3 and none of the buttons are obscured by the straps.

It does add weight and thickness to the Kindle, but every case is going to do that, and you still end up with something smaller than most paperbacks. The Kindle 3 is so thin and small, anyway; it feels nice to have it in something with a little heft for protection.

What else is there to say? When you buy this, you get exactly what you want: a functional, minimalist case at a price that's well under what you'll pay for similar products. Highly recommended"
